Hi everyone! I’m Jen… I’m terrible with discussing me.. but here goes. I am a single mother of two little ones. Mikaela is 4 years old and Jase is 2.5 years old. They are my entire world. They are what bring me true happiness in this crazy hectic life of mine. I’ve been a single parent for a few months short of 2 years now & I’m also new to living in S. Florida, so I plan to mainly write about how I live being a single mommy, exploring FL, my little family, crafts & my small business.
In 2004 I moved away from home, Toledo OH, to Pittsburgh PA to go to design school. After 4 years, I graduated with honors & my Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design. I Have worked in the industry and have also been freelancing for a few years now. I absolutely love being creative in any way. I also have a small craft business where I sell both on instagram & Etsy. I have been doing that for a few years as well. Being creative is a huge part of our lives.. and creating items for my small business is my outlet from stress when my babies are napping or occupied by each other rather than me. 
Over all, I have led a pretty simple life.. which is how I prefer it. I am a lover of nature, so any time I can.. I try to do something outside. I’m really looking forward to exploring and experiencing beautiful South Florida with my children. I hope we can find and share lots of amazing places with you all on here. I have done a lot of self building the last few years.. I have completely grounded myself and figured out that for me.. life is about experience, love and finding myself while being an amazing mommy.One day I hope to truly feel fulfilled with where my life has taken me. That is what I am working on as a mommy and as an individual & that is what I plan to share with all of you. If you would like me to write about anything specific, please feel free to let me know.
